Ingredients:
4 medium size potatoes
4 medium size tomatoes
2 onions
2 tbs coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
3-4 green chillies
8-10 cloves garlic
1 small piece chopped ginger
1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
2 tbs oil
Salt
Water
Method:
Boil, cool and peel the potatoes. Dice them into small pieces. Boil, cool and peel the tomatoes and grind to a fine puree.
Finely chop onions and six to seven green chillies.
Dry roast coriander, cumin and sesame seeds. Allow it to cool and grind.
Blend garlic, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, water and salt to a fine paste.
Heat oil, add chopped onions and tomato puree , cook on low heat. Then add the coriander garlic paste and saute for some time. As the fat starts separating, add the potatoes and two heaped teaspoons of the dry masala.
When the potatoes are done, serve hot.

Lock Stock And Two Smoking Tikkas
SPANISH FISH FRY>
Chef: Marut Sikka
Ingredients:
Sole fish
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
3-4 chopped green chillies
2 tbs vinegar
Salt
1/2 cup water
Method:
Dice onions and tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut the sole fish into big pieces. Marinate it with salt and lemon juice for thirty minutes.
To make the curry: Heat some olive oil in a pan, add ginger paste and garlic paste and saute till the mixture turns brown. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, sliced onions and tomatoes. Add salt, green chillies and then water. Cover and simmer for sometime.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add vinegar, salt and water. As it boils add the fish pieces. Take them out in a dish and pour curry over it. Serve hot.

Really life teaches a lot in your on going process ... i still never get the right place to hang myself but still i have faith on me and god . let's see what is going tobe happens after five or ten years , wheather i m going to achive what i think off? or i will doomed my life in wrong thing ? reality comes to those who wait and trust on himself ....so i m working a lot to get into real world.and get the fantitic part of life .......
